DMAT - 2007

Centralized Counselling Schedule/Procedure

 

There shall be a Counselling Committee comprising of the following members:

a)    Chairman of Admission Committee will be the Chairman of the Counselling Committee.

b)    All the Deans or their representatives of member colleges of APDMC.

c)     Coordinator DMAT – 2007.

d)    Controller DMAT-2007 as Member Secretary.

 

The member colleges’ representatives alongwith their office staff will be present during the counselling at the place reserved for them.

 

Only single parent/guardian alongwith the student is allowed to enter the counselling campus.

 

  1. Candidates having DMAT Rank 1 to 1000 are to report at the Registration Counter on the date/time shown in their counselling call letter. These candidates are divided in 5 batches, the reporting time for the batches would be as under:

Batch – II                                            11.00 a.m.

Batch – III                                           12.30 p.m.

Batch – IV                                           2.30 p.m.

Batch – V                                            4.00 p.m.

  1. The candidates will be called in their Rank order for registration. They are required to deposit the documents viz. DMAT Rank Card, DMAT Marksheet, Proof of Identification to avoid impersonation, Rs.500/- counselling fees, Computerized allotment letter (if received).

 

  1. The candidates found genuine/suitable as above will be allowed to exercise the option of his/her choice as per the availability of seats in the opted course/college. 

 

  1. Candidate has to fill up attached proforma once he/she takes up the choice.

 

 

  1. After he/she submits the proforma to the Counselling Committee, the Counselling Committee will sign on the proforma and finalize the allotment.

 

An allotment letter will be issued to the candidate. However the candidate has to report to the college concerned to seek admission and admission will be given by the Dean/Principal of the college after scrutinizing all the documents as specified in the information brochure. The college will also check the eligibility criteria as fixed by the MCI/DCI.
